Increase total body strength with The Cube Gym's push/pull strength programming. This well-designed class focuses on technique and gradually increasing the intensity of movements over a 4-week program. It's suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, with options for beginners, intermediates, and advanced participants during each session.

During the class, Tuesdays are dedicated to a 'pull focus' programming, incorporating exercises like deadlifts, pull-ups, seated rows, and more. On Thursdays, the class switches gears to a 'push focus' programming, including exercises such as squats, bench press, overhead press, and more. Each class follows meticulously planned programs created by qualified trainers to enhance performance and minimise the risk of injury.

If you already have some experience with basic compound lifts, you'll feel comfortable attending this class. However, if you're completely new to strength and conditioning training, we recommend attending either our foundation program or our barbell foundations session beforehand to ensure you have a solid understanding of the basic movements.
