Our facility is equipped with high-end gym equipment, including 4 Concept 2 ski-ergs, 4 Concept 2 rowers, 4 Concept 2 bike-ergs, and male and female shower and changing areas. We have created a unique workout space that is focused on providing a high standard environment for our members.
At Purpose, we pride ourselves on building a strong community. Our semi-private gym offers strength and conditioning, functional training, and personal training exclusivity. Open gym memberships are allocated to our High Performance Members. We have partnered with industry leaders such as Eleiko, Watson, and Rogue to provide cutting-edge strength and conditioning equipment for our members.
In terms of classes, we offer a range of options to cater to different fitness goals. Our SGPT classes include Lower Body, Upper Body, and Full Body workouts, each with a specific focus on different muscle groups and goals. We also offer 1-2-1 bespoke training programmes to meet individual needs, while still adhering to our functional fitness philosophy. Additionally, we have Conditioning classes such as Reset, Conditioning & Skill, and Sweat to provide a well-rounded fitness experience.
