Around me. My dreams and aspirations were put on hold as I navigated through the grief and tried to support my family.

During this challenging time, I discovered the power of physical exercise and nutrition as a means to heal both my body and mind. I delved deep into understanding how movement and proper nourishment could positively impact mental and physical wellbeing. The transformation I experienced was profound, and I knew I had found my calling in helping others on their own journeys towards healing and self-discovery.

With this newfound passion, I founded Cambridge Bootcamps, a thriving business that served as a platform for women from all walks of life to find their own happiness and balance through exercise and healthy eating. I worked closely with each individual, tailoring my coaching approach to their unique needs and goals.

However, life took an unexpected turn and I found myself losing everything I had built. It was a devastating blow that left me broken and questioning my purpose. But in the midst of my darkest moments, I realised that the answers I sought were not to be found externally. They resided within me all along.

Driven by this newfound understanding, I embarked on a transformative journey across the globe, seeking answers and direction. I uncovered profound truths about self-worth, self-belief, and the power of true self-love. It was a humbling experience that changed me in ways I never thought possible.

Now, I am back, standing tall and ready to share the wisdom and insights I gained with you. I want to be the guiding light that helps you navigate through life's ups and downs, supporting you in reclaiming your resilience, confidence, and self-acceptance. From tackling grief, anxiety, and depression to transforming body image, fitness, and nutrition, I am here to empower you to become the best version of yourself from the inside out.
