


Members as are reasonably necessary to fulfil the objects of the Club. 6. MEMBERSHIP (a) Membership of the Club shall be open to anyone interested in the sport on application regardless of sex, age, disability, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, religion or other beliefs. However, limitation of membership according to available facilities is allowable on a non-discriminatory basis.
(b) The Club may have different classes of membership and subscription on a non-discriminatory and fair basis. The Club will keep subscriptions at levels that will not pose a significant obstacle to people participating. 7. DISCIPLINE AND APPEALS (a) All concerns, allegations, or reports of poor practise/abuse relating to the welfare of children and young people will be recorded and responded to swiftly and appropriately in accordance with Club and FA procedures.
(b) The Club Committee will have the power to take appropriate disciplinary action including the termination of membership or suspension from playing activities. (c) The Club Committee will have the power to hear appeals against decisions of the Club Committee. The Club Committees decision following an appeal shall be final and binding on the parties. (d) The Club will ensure that the FA Respect Programme is adhered to at all times.
8. CLUB WINDING UP (a) In the event of the Club winding up, any remaining assets after the satisfaction of all relevant debts and liabilities shall be given or transferred to another registered CASC, a registered charity or the Clubs National Governing Body for use by them in related community sports. 9. CODES OF CONDUCT (a) The Club expects all members to abide by the codes of conduct issued by The Football Association and its County Association, and to promote the welfare and safety of all members.
(b) The Codes of Conduct include guidelines on the appropriate behaviour towards players, officials, and supporters, as well as guidance on ethical and fair play. 10. SPORTS BALL SHOP The Club operates a sports ball shop where members can purchase official club merchandise, such as footballs, team jerseys, and other equipment. All proceeds from the sports ball shop go towards supporting the activities and development of the Club.
