As a Master Personal Trainer, Rom is highly qualified and experienced in the field of fitness and training. He is registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) and is a practitioner of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA). His expertise extends beyond just personal training – he is also a sports conditioning coach, rehabilitation coach, and nutritional adviser. With a specialisation in low back pain, Rom can provide targeted exercises and advice to help you alleviate discomfort and improve your overall well-being.
Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Rom had a successful career in advertising spanning over 15 years. This background has given him a deep understanding of the pressures of working in a fast-paced, demanding industry. It is this understanding that motivated him to establish his first fitness business, YOLO Fitness, in 2015. Rom believes that being healthy and active allows individuals to live life to the fullest, manage stress, have more energy, and better cope with the day-to-day pressures of life.

In 2010, he decided to reconnect with sport and adopt a healthy diet to counterbalance the effects of stress and a sedentary lifestyle.
He developed a passion for triathlons and has completed over 50 long-distance races, including ultramarathons and Ironmans.
