These qualifications, along with additional certifications in Instructing Circuits, Kettlebells, and Spin, showcase the trainer's expertise in providing a holistic approach to fitness.

One-to-one personal training is the key to achieving optimum results. By working directly with a personal trainer, clients receive a customised training routine and valuable nutrition advice to ensure they reach their desired goals. PT Powertrain operates out of a private studio gym located in Spencers Wood, just a short drive from the centre of Reading. For those who prefer the convenience of exercising at home, a mobile service is also available.

The trainer can provide online training sessions through Zoom, Skype, and WhatsApp, offering clients the flexibility to train from anywhere.
