Welcome to my deepest inner space.
A little bit of me:
My name is Pia and I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I have practiced all the known styles that exist, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Aerial, Kundalini, but the style that I enjoy the most is the classic Hatha yoga (because all the styles are contained in it).
I always try to combine them all to have a more integrated practice.
I became an instructor because I like to teach and transmit what I have learned. I specialize in pregnancy Yoga and postnatal to be able to contain creation and being able to accompany women in the beautiful process.
What I like to do the most is share what I know and that is why my current job, in addition to being a yoga instructor, is being a diving instructor at Dive Centre Bondi.
I mix these two beautiful ways of breathing and contact with nature to connect with ourselves and thus be able to express our most real state of being.
