Prumir Taekwondo

Prumir Taekwondo is a martial arts school in La Prairie that teaches Olympic-style taekwondo training for kids (5+) and adults of all skill levels. Classes focus on confidence, discipline, focus, balance, physical strength, and self-defense while keeping training fun. Students learn techniques like kicks and develop respect, perseverance, and steady progress with certified master instructors.
