Prospect Park Bowls Club is a friendly outdoor lawn bowls club located in Reading, Berkshire. The club, founded in 1913, welcomes men and women of all ages and abilities who are interested in the sport of lawn bowls.

In addition to interclub fixtures, the club also offers a full programme of club bowls competitions. These internal competitions allow members to compete against each other and test their abilities in various formats, such as Novices Championship Singles, Handicap Singles, Two Woods Singles, Open Pairs, Club Pairs, Club Triples, Len Batt Memorial Cup, and Len Wheeler Memorial Trophy.

The club boasts a purpose-built clubhouse with a terrace that overlooks the green. Members and visitors can enjoy an evening watching the bowls from the terrace while sipping a refreshing drink from the bar. The clubhouse provides a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, where members can socialise and relax after a game.

For those interested in trying out the sport of lawn bowls, Prospect Park Bowls Club offers free use of equipment and tuition. All that is needed to start is a pair of flat shoes. The club is open weekly from 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and anyone interested can simply call in and speak to a steward at any time.

Prospect Park Bowls Club has an executive committee that oversees the club's operations. The committee is led by the Honorary President, John Williams, and consists of the Honorary Secretary, Phil Hannington, the Honorary Treasurer, Alan Chandler, the Assistant Treasurer, Richard Beakhouse, the Men's Captain, Alan Higgs, the Ladies' Fixture Secretary, Wendy Smart, and the Fixtures Secretary, John Smith. The committee also includes committee members Alan Brown, Pam La Roche, and Neville Doyle.
