Sophie Carter, our experienced running coach and personal trainer, brings over 13 years of post-qualification experience and a wealth of competitive running expertise. As one of the UK's leading Elite ultra athletes, she has won numerous races and competed for England in 100 km events. Sophie is also a mother of five and has successfully run through all of her pregnancies. Her qualification in pre- and post-natal exercise and experience in post-natal exercise make her the ideal coach for pregnant women looking to stay active and maintain their fitness level.
A key aspect of our coaching programme is online coaching, which allows for a two-way communication process. We provide you with the necessary tools, support, and accountability, but the work is ultimately up to you. This is not a generic training programme, but a tailored programme designed specifically for you and your goals. For those preparing for races, we offer race day preparation support and advice. This includes guidance on crewing and nutrition, as well as mental preparation strategies. We want to ensure you are fully prepared and confident on race day.
