

To combine my passion for golf and fitness, and to help other golfers improve their game through physical training. I am a certified TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 3 Fitness Professional, which means I have been specifically trained to assess and improve golfers' physical abilities.
At Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning, we understand that every golfer is unique and swings the club differently because our bodies are all different. With this in mind, we take an individualised approach to each golfer in order to achieve the best results in the fastest way possible. Our training programmes are based on years of knowledge and experience, and are designed to help every player become a stronger, more mobile golfer who hits the ball further and remains injury-free.
Our philosophy is centred around creating better golfers and enhancing golf performance by improving all aspects of fitness. We believe that by focusing on strength, mobility, injury prevention, and technique, golfers can increase their club head speed, gain distance, improve their scores, and reduce their handicap.
We offer a range of training options to suit every golfer's needs. Our monthly online training programme is a great option for those who want structure and purpose in their training sessions. With this programme, you will receive an online TPI golf screening and goal-setting session, individualised monthly training plans, instructional exercise videos, and weekly email check-ins. This programme is accessible on any computer or smartphone, making it convenient and easy to follow.
In addition to our online training programme, we also offer golf-specific workouts that target different areas of the body. Our core strength for golf workout focuses on improving core strength and stability, maintaining posture, and strengthening the torso to take pressure off the lower back. Our upper body mobility workout increases rotation in the golf swing with a series of exercises that target the upper body. The lower body mobility workout focuses on increasing rotation in the golf swing with exercises that target the lower body.
Lastly, our power for golf workout is designed to increase distance and club head speed with a series of power-developing exercises that require gym equipment.
