Medicare's Enhanced Primary Care Plan allows us to offer exercise and rehabilitation advice to clients with chronic conditions, such as musculoskeletal injuries, PTSD, anxiety and depression, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, and arthritis.
Clients are welcome at ProActive Rehabilitation & Health without a referral, as they can use their private health insurance to claim Exercise Physiology services.
