Welcome to PROACTION Martial Arts & Fitness – Northampton! With over 20 years of experience teaching martial arts in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and the West Midlands, our facility is dedicated to helping you become your best self and live a happy and successful life.
At PROACTION, we offer a variety of classes for people of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are new to TaekwonDo or Kickboxing or have been training for years, we have the programme that is right for you. Our classes are designed to help you achieve your goals, whether that's earning a black belt, gaining confidence, improving overall fitness, or developing mental resilience.
Our facility provides a safe, fun, and supportive environment for martial arts training. We offer classes for children as young as 4 years old, all the way up to adults. We believe in the importance of improving fitness, focus, and resilience, as well as learning self-defence.
Our TaekwonDo and Kickboxing programmes are comprehensive and cater to all ages and abilities. We also offer a Mighty Monkeys programme, which is a fantastic introduction to TaekwonDo, focusing on fun and fitness. In addition to these programmes, we also offer fitness and training classes, instructor training, junior leadership training, and online learning options.
At PROACTION, our vision is centred around lifelong learning and character development through martial arts and fitness. We are passionate about the transformation of our members and celebrate their milestones with them, whether it's progressing through grading structures or taking on personal challenges with the confidence they've gained from training with us.
