InnerTide Art & Tai Chi offers private Tai Chi 1 to 1 classes for those in Newquay, Cornwall, who are interested in exploring and experiencing the world of Tai Chi. These classes provide a wonderful opportunity to destress and tap into the benefits of this ancient practice.
The focus of the classes is on Tai Chi QiGong, which incorporates solo moves from the more intricate Tai Chi forms. These moves are not only easier to remember, but they are also highly effective in promoting overall well-being. Moreover, our experienced instructor can tailor the classes to address specific physical, emotional, or behavioural conditions, offering moves that help alleviate or resolve these issues while rebalancing the body.
For those who already have a regular Tai Chi practice and are looking to maximise their skills, our 1 to 1 classes are ideal. Our knowledgeable instructor will provide guidance and feedback, helping you reach new heights in your practice.
The classes take place at our Pentire studio in Newquay, Cornwall, offering a peaceful and inspiring environment to delve into the world of Tai Chi. Alternatively, if you are unable to attend in person, we also offer the option to access the classes remotely via Zoom.
