The Prince Edward Fitness & Aquatic Centre (PEFAC) is a health and wellness facility located in Picton. The centre is proudly operated by a volunteer Board of Directors and has been serving the community for close to two decades.

At PEFAC, members have access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment, group fitness classes, lap lanes for swimming, and squash courts. The centre prides itself on offering a diverse range of programs and services to cater to individuals of all fitness levels and interests. In addition to its fitness amenities, PEFAC also features an aquatic centre with various swimming programs and lessons available. The facility is equipped with a new Gym Management Software (Wellness Living) to streamline bookings and enhance the overall member experience.

PEFAC is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. The centre's operating hours are Monday to Friday from 6am to 9pm, and on weekends from 8am to 4pm.
