Welcome to Prima Pilates, a premier Pilates studio located in Sunbury-on-Thames. Richard Norrington, our director and sole teacher, has been a qualified teacher since 2013 and practises Pilates to the highest standards. At Prima Pilates, we are committed to creating a friendly and safe atmosphere for all our clients.
Our classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness, whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. To ensure personalised attention, our class sizes are limited to 12 people per class. This allows Richard to observe your progress closely and provide interventions when needed. We believe that class size is one of the most important factors to consider when choosing a Pilates class, as it ensures a connected and focused experience.
To start your Pilates journey with us, we highly recommend our joining package. This includes a 60-minute private induction lesson for just 60. 00, where Richard will guide you through the foundations of Pilates. Additionally, you will receive your first 3 classes as a complimentary free trial.
Please note that if you decide to have the induction lesson at one of our venues, there will be an additional charge for studio or hall hire.
We offer a variety of weekly classes, both face-to-face and online via Zoom. Our monthly memberships for face-to-face classes are priced at 40. 00 for a 12-person class and 65. 00 for a 6-person class.
If you prefer a pay-as-you-go option, drop-in rates are available. For those who prefer online classes, our monthly membership is 32. 00 for 1 class per week, or you can opt for the pay-as-you-go option.
In addition to group classes, we also provide private tuition for a more personalised and tailored Pilates experience. You can have private lessons as often as you like, either in the comfort of your home or at our studio. Each session is 60 minutes long, and we offer special rates for members. If coming to a weekly group class is not possible, you can book a private 121 lesson once every 6 weeks.
This allows you to receive a programme of exercises tailored to your specific needs.
