The journey of Primal Health Club began in February 2015 with the introduction of Military Fitness Training, an outdoor bootcamp specifically designed for men. In September 2015, the gym officially opened its doors, overcoming various challenges in the process. Since then, Primal Health Club has grown its member base and continues to thrive.

Looking towards the future, Primal Health Club is excited for what's to come in 2022, with more exciting things in store for its members. The gym's location in Benalla is staffed during specific hours from Monday to Friday, providing support and guidance to its members.
