Potential members must undergo an application process, which includes an invitation to watch and train for a night. If both parties believe it could be a good fit, applicants are then invited to train free of charge for two weeks. After this period, full membership is discussed.

The club offers regular events and activities for its members. Social Sundays, held once a month, provide an opportunity for post-training bonding and enjoyment. Additionally, interclub gradings and competitions are held throughout the year as part of the Australian Elite Team community.

The cost of training at Prevail MMA varies depending on the membership type. Casual training visits cost $30 per session, while adult monthly membership is priced at $140 per month. Teenagers aged 13-15 can avail themselves of the discounted rate of $100 per month. Private lessons are also available upon request.
