Lean Bean Fitness Bondi presents the Baby Mumma 'Mum and bubs' Pilates event, tailored specifically for new mothers and soon-to-be mothers. This unique class combines the principles of traditional pilates with strength work, providing you with the necessary support from the inside out.

Our team of pre-natal trained instructors are able to offer modifications, adjustments, and even a baby cuddle if we're fortunate enough! With only 10 spots available in each session, you can expect personalised attention and guidance throughout the class.

The Baby Mumma classes provide a lower intensity workout that primarily focuses on rebuilding physical strength and maintaining overall wellbeing. However, if you're in the mood for a sweaty session, we've got you covered too!

Keeping in mind the needs of both mother and baby, this class is suitable for babies up to 1 year old, and we happily welcome prams. Just make sure to bring along your little one's favourite toys to keep them entertained.
