Michelle is a highly experienced and passionate Pilates teacher, having trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in London. She has a background in Physiotherapy and has worked in both private practise and Pilates studios, enabling her to combine her knowledge of anatomy and movement with the Pilates method. Michelle's classes are dynamic and challenging, incorporating functional movement patterns and exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and stability.
