Balance & Beam Gymnastics is excited to announce their upcoming Pre-School Programmes event! Designed for children aged 3 to 6 years, these engaging and coach-led gymnastics classes are the perfect way to boost confidence, embrace structure, and prepare little ones for school.

We understand that this age group is going through a critical learning and development stage. Separation anxiety can be a challenge, which is why we prioritise nurturing healthy and happy independence. Our classes provide a safe and supportive space for children to explore their imaginations and discover their own independence.

But it's not just about fun and games – although there's plenty of that too! Our classes focus on the development of gross motor skills, such as running, skipping, and climbing. We also place importance on fine motor skill development, helping children improve their coordination.

Our unique Pre-School Programmes strike a balance between physical activities and intellectual learning games. Through these activities, children learn important life skills like sharing, respecting privacy, following rules, and practising respectful communication when interacting with friends and adults.

At Balance & Beam Gymnastics, we offer three Pre-School Programmes tailored to each age group. Butterflies is perfect for 3 to 4-year-olds, Wiggly Worms is designed for 4 to 5-year-olds, and Speedy Spiders is ideal for 5 to 6-year-olds. Each class is carefully crafted to meet the specific developmental needs of the children, ensuring a fun and enriching experience.
