Welcome to Powerplay, based at the Batley Sport & Tennis Centre, conveniently located off Leeds Road. Anthony and his team run the Howden Clough 6-a-side league every Monday, typically over a 15-week period. Matches last 35 minutes on a top-quality 3G pitch, with a weekly fee of £20. Trophies and medals go to the top team each season.
Players must be over 16, and the registered captain must be over 18. Weekly online payments are mandatory, and both teams and individuals can join. Acceptable footwear includes moulded studs and astro trainers, with ample on-site parking available.
