Powerplay Football Club, run by Chris, is the go-to spot for footballers in Bristol. Chris is all about bringing together players of all levels for some quality football action. With a mix of leagues, tournaments, and individual options, there’s something for everyone.

Games are held at Brunel Academy on Speedwell Road. The 6-a-side men’s leagues offer 45-minute matches over 8 to 12 weeks. It’s £40.00 per team, per week, so you’re getting great value for your money.

Chris makes sure each game is reffed by pros who are fair but friendly. Powerplay sorts out all the kit like bibs and balls, so you don’t have to worry. You can check fixtures and league tables online, keeping you updated on team stats and results.

There are prizes up for grabs for league winners, which gives teams that extra push. With well-kept pitches, the club allows both moulded boots and Astro trainers. Plus, there’s parking, changing rooms, and toilets on-site for your convenience.

If you’re flying solo, don’t worry. Chris has placed over half of solo players with teams, making it easy to jump in and start playing.

Safety is key at Powerplay. All players must be over 16, and team captains need to be 18 or older. Also, there’s a free Powerplay app for iPhone and Android, where you can view stats, manage payments, and team stuff.
