Find your nearest league, log in to your account, join now, pay your fees, and even hire a pitch if needed. Powerplay, run by Charlie Thompson, is based right here in Chatham. Charlie has over 15 years of experience running 5-a-side football and 7-a-side netball leagues.

Powerplay leagues operate in mini-seasons lasting about 8–13 weeks. Each team gets to play against every opponent twice within one season. Games usually last around 40 minutes. They've got multiple divisions to match your skill level and experience.

Every league's got an event organiser to help teams get started and be the go-to person throughout the season. One of the perks of joining Powerplay is that they provide all the equipment and match officials, including referees and umpires. Your job is just to play!

The cost varies depending on the venue, with premier places charging between £6-£10 per player and standard venues ranging from £4-£7 per player. There are no extra fees for joining.

For football, Powerplay offers 5, 6, and 7-a-side leagues, with 5-a-side being the favourite. Netball leagues are strictly 7-a-side, with a squad size of 10 players max and unlimited rolling subs. Both sports allow for unlimited substitutions and extra squad members.

Each season lasts between 1.5 to 3 months. At the season’s end, the winners get a trophy, and the top two teams move up while the bottom two are relegated. The next mini-season kicks off the following week, keeping things buzzing.

Powerplay aims for a relaxed yet competitive vibe and welcomes players of all abilities. New teams can start in lower divisions with similarly skilled players.
