The Wednesday Improvers session includes a short discussion on finessing and declarer play, followed by a duplicate session where players can put their skills into practise. This session is open to all, and no partner is required.

The club is actively involved in the Lancashire Contract Bridge Association (LCBA) teams of 8 League, where bridge clubs from across the county compete against each other. Poulton Bridge Club plans to enter four teams in the league and encourages interested members to sign up and participate.
