Matt Jones brings you Potters Bar Skatepark, right here in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Built by Freestyle in 2006, this concrete marvel offers a mix of street and transition elements for skateboarders of all abilities.
On one side, you’ll find a long bowled edge with two inset curves, perfect as a start ramp. Opposite, there's a large volcano and a street section kitted out with a ledge, roll over, manny pad, hubba, and a driveway with a rail. The course rounds off with two hipped banks, one featuring a ledge.
Conveniently located in King George V Recreational Ground on Mutton Lane, the park is easily accessible via Potters Bar Train Station or the Furzefield Centre bus stop. Ample parking is available, and nearby leisure centre facilities include free toilets.
