Potters Bar Karate practises Shit-ry, a style that combines the Shuri-te and Naha-te schools of Karate.
Kobudo, on the other hand, refers to the weapon systems of Okinawan martial arts. Potters Bar Karate practises Yamanni-ry Kobudo, which includes weapons such as the bo staff, sai, tonfa, kama, and nunchaku.
