Port Hill United FC

Port Hill United Football Club, based in Napier, New Zealand, was founded in 1975 under the name Napier Technical Soccer Club. The club initially consisted of a small group of cricket players from the Napier Technical Cricket Club. Over the years, the club has grown significantly and now boasts over 120 members.

Currently, Port Hill United FC has four men's teams and two women's teams competing in various senior competitions in the Hawke's Bay region. The club maintains a strong connexion with Port Hill Juniors, ensuring support for young players and a clear pathway to senior football.

One of the key milestones in the club's history was the relocation of its clubrooms from Whitmore Park to South Pond in Ahuriri in 1983. This move allowed the club to establish its own identity as Port Hill United Soccer Club. In 2010, the club underwent another name change to become Port Hill United Football Club.

In 1992, the club took advantage of an opportunity to relocate once again and acquired a facility at Marewa Park, which is considered one of the best football grounds in the Hawke's Bay region. This facility remains the club's home base to this day.
