Can't make it to the gym? No worries! Porthcawl Health & Fitness runs live online classes via Zoom, so you can work out from home. Just download the Zoom app and book your spot through their gym app.
Located at Hi Tide, Mackworth Rd, Porthcawl, CF36 5BT, the gym is open every day with hours to fit any routine. Pop in Monday to Thursday from 6am to 9pm, Fridays 6am to 8pm, and weekends 9am to 2pm (plus 5pm to 8pm on Sundays).
