The event will kick off with a beginners class every Saturday morning from 9.25am to 10.25am. This class is suitable for both children and adults who are just starting their journey into the world of Mixed Martial Arts. For those seeking a more challenging experience, the advanced mixed-ability adults class is held right after the beginners class, from 10.30am to 11.30am. This class is designed to push participants to their limits, providing a more intense and focused training session. While beginners are more than welcome to join this class, it does require a higher level of determination and extra effort.
If you're a child with aspirations of joining the advanced class, you must have achieved at least an Orange Belt grade. In addition to the Saturday classes, there is also a class held on Tuesdays. Please note that due to venue availability, the Tuesday class is currently located at the Teviot Centre nearby.
