Never ridden a bike? No worries! The Complete Beginner course will have you ditching those stabilisers in no time. You’ll learn everything from balancing and handling to bike mechanics and safety.

Already got the basics down but want to kick it up a notch? Check out the Novice Leisure course. You’ll get to build your stamina, master manoeuvring, and even learn to communicate on shared paths and roads.

With a mix of physical and psychological training led by experts, each session is packed with fun and learning. Courses span over 5 hours and are tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring you gain confidence and skills on two wheels.
