Whether you're still on stabilisers, tricycles, or using balance buddies, this curriculum will teach you the basics of handling a bike, establishing balance, and understanding safe cycling procedures. We will also cover essential courtesies and communication etiquette, ensuring that you become a considerate cyclist from the very beginning.
If you already know how to ride a bike but want to challenge your skills further, our “Novice Leisure” course is designed for you. This level focuses on building endurance, manoeuvring, and integrating communication excellence into your cycling. We will teach you mechanical checks, proper posture and balance, handling and manoeuvring techniques, riding on different terrains, passing pedestrians, and communicating effectively on shared paths and roads. This course will help you ride with confidence and take pride in the way you ride.
