New to swimming? No worries! To get started, simply head over to the PoolSchools website and complete the New Swimmers form. They will promptly get back to you with suitable class times and availability. PoolSchools understands that everyone learns at their own pace, so if your child is already a swimmer, they offer a 15-minute assessment for just £10. This will help determine the appropriate class level for your child. Adult swimmers, on the other hand, will receive a self-assessment chart to complete. Once completed, PoolSchools will provide you with a range of available class options tailored to your desired skill level.
For all the existing swimmers out there, worry not! You will be automatically rebooked for the following term. Three weeks prior to the term's end, PoolSchools will post and email rebooking information, specifying your swimmer's class and time. Please note that there may be some changes in class times, but rest assured, PoolSchools has got you covered. As an existing swimmer, you will have a priority rebooking period, during which your spot will be reserved until payment is made, ensuring that you secure your place for another term. Once the priority rebooking period is over, the classes will open up to the waiting list and new swimmers. If, for any reason, the allocated class is not suitable, you can fill out an online Request to Change Form and PoolSchools will do their best to accommodate your request.
PoolSchools offers the convenience of upfront payment for the first term when you join. After that, payment is made by Direct Debit, allowing you to spread the cost of swimming lessons. It's a hassle-free way to ensure that your child continues to make progress in their swimming journey. And guess what? As long as you have an active Direct Debit, you will automatically be rebooked for the following term. All the information you need to set up your Direct Debit will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
