Polyworks Studio

Polyworks Studio in Skipton offers Pilates alongside yoga, barre, meditation and aerial yoga. Members of the public can take group classes in a mat studio and reformer Pilates classes in an apparatus studio using Balanced Body reformers. There are also private 1-2-1 reformer or Pilates sessions for personalised guidance.
