On Thursdays, participants can join Daphne for small group personal training at 6:30pm, followed by polesque at 7pm. This unique class combines elements of pole dancing and burlesque, providing a fun and empowering experience that will change the way you view your body.

In addition to the evening classes, Pole Fit Angels also offers morning classes on Tuesdays at 9:30 am and Saturdays at 9 am, providing plenty of options for those with busy schedules. Private lessons with Louise are also available for individuals who are looking to work on specific skills and goals.

Aside from their regular classes, Pole Fit Angels also hosts a variety of upcoming events and photoshoots in collaboration with LS Creates.
