Pole Fit is a renowned dance school, aerial sports centre, and circus located in Stoke-on-Trent, specifically in Longton and Crewe, Staffordshire and Cheshire respectively. Established in 2005, Pole Fit has become Staffordshire and Cheshire's leading pole and dance school, offering a range of classes and activities for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
The spacious studios are situated on Sutherland Road in Longton and Oak Street in Crewe, accommodating large main pole class areas, pole practise areas, and expansive aerial areas. The main pole area features 14 static poles with grip sizes ranging from 36-52 mm, catering to the diverse needs of our customers. Additionally, five stage poles are available for performances outside the studio. The aerial areas boast silk, aerial hoop, trapeze, aerial net, and aerial cube equipment, with safety matting provided in each area.
Pole Fit prides itself on its team of experienced instructors, consisting of seventeen individuals who have undergone Pole Fit Teacher Training and possess current public liability insurance. Many of our instructors have backgrounds in performing, coaching, and dance, ensuring a high level of expertise and guidance for our students.
At Pole Fit, we offer a comprehensive range of classes and activities. Pole fitness classes are available for children from six years old, aerial classes from seven years old, and adult classes for individuals aged 16 and above. We also provide burlesque, stretch, and hula-hoop classes, with more information available on our website.
In addition to regular classes, Pole Fit offers a unique and enjoyable experience with our Pole-Fit parties. Perfect for hen parties, birthdays, girly nights, and other special occasions, our parties can be dance, aerial, burlesque, pole, or mixed-themed. Parties begin with a warm-up followed by a fun session that includes a quick party game. Participants are then taught a variety of moves, poses, or dance steps to create a small routine performed by everyone.
We also offer the option to have an in-house photographer capture memorable moments during the party.
