To join Platform Strong, individuals can simply fill out a sign-up form on their website. No previous experience is required, as the coaches are prepared to work at your pace. Once the form is submitted, individuals will receive an automated email to complete the necessary steps for setting up their private coaching group. This includes signing the direct debit form and adding their coach on Facebook.

There are no contracts or sign-up fees, and individuals have the freedom to cancel at any time.

Once the setup process is complete, the fun begins! Participants will work closely with their assigned coach to reach their goals while learning flexible approaches to nutrition and proper lifting technique. Each week or fortnight, individuals will have a scheduled check-in day where they will receive in-depth feedback on their progress and any necessary adjustments to their programme will be made. In addition, members gain access to the exclusive Team Platform Strong Facebook group, where the supportive community shares valuable resources, recipes, tutorials, and more.
