Are proud to be a part of the Godalming community. At Planet Dance & Fitness Academy, we strive to create a friendly and supportive environment for all of our students. Whether you're a child or an adult, a beginner or an experienced dancer, we have classes that cater to all ages and abilities.

Our main focus is on Street Dance and stage and performance dance. We believe in making our classes inclusive, engaging, and fun, while also helping our students build their confidence and improve their key skills and fitness. Our experienced instructors teach the latest dance routines, as well as group dances and showpieces, all set to the latest music.

Performances are incredibly important to us, as they give our students the opportunity to showcase their talent on stage. We work hard to provide them with plenty of performance opportunities throughout the year, allowing them to shine and gain valuable experience.

Planet Dance & Fitness Academy is registered with the International Dance Teachers Association and regularly participates in medal tests with a professional examiner. Students have the option to work towards recognised awards, medals, and certificates, or simply enjoy dancing for fun and personal growth.

Our academy is run by two dedicated and highly qualified dance teachers, Becky Poyntz and Sam Barlolong. They have extensive teaching experience in both dance and the health and fitness industry. Both Becky and Sam are fully qualified, insured, and DBS checked, ensuring the safety and well-being of all our students.

Over the past 20 years, we have seen many of our students develop a deep love for dance. Some have even gone on to become dance teachers, pursue higher education in dance, or embark on careers as performers. We take pride in nurturing their passion and providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
