Situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Faskally, Pitlochry Boating Station & Adventure Hire offers a range of exciting activities and services, including E-bike Hire, Mountain Bike Hire, Watersport Hire, Fishing Club, and a charming Loch Side Caf.

For outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers, Pitlochry Boating Station is the perfect destination. With our Adventure Hire services, visitors can explore the stunning surroundings and enjoy activities such as mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking. Whether you're a novice or an experienced outdoor enthusiast, our well-equipped Faskally Activity Centre has something for everyone. If you prefer to stay on land, we also offer E-bike Hire and Mountain Bike Hire. Take in the breathtaking scenery as you cycle through the picturesque trails surrounding Loch Faskally. Our Scott Mountain Bikes, both electric and standard, are available for hire and come with a helmet and repair kit included, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride.

Fishing enthusiasts will find a haven at Pitlochry Boating Station. Loch Faskally is renowned for its excellent fishing opportunities, with an average of 5500 salmon passing through its waters each year. Along with salmon, the loch also boasts a healthy population of brown trout, pike, and perch, catering to all types of anglers. We have a fleet of 17 fishing boats ranging from 12ft to 15ft in length, all equipped with 4 Hp outboard motors and fishing rod holders.

Whether you prefer trolling, fly-fishing, spinning, or bait fishing, Loch Faskally offers endless possibilities. While enjoying your day of fishing, be sure to take in the breathtaking scenery and keep an eye out for rare wildlife such as osprey, heron, eagles, kingfishers, ducks, otters, and deer.

After a day of adventure or fishing, relax and unwind at our Loch Side Caf. Nestled on the shores of Loch Faskally, the Caf offers stunning views, delicious home-cooked meals, and friendly service. Indulge in our range of home baking treats, snacks, and ice creams, all accompanied by great refreshments and coffee supplied by Brodies Of Edinburgh. Whether you choose to sit inside or outside, you'll be able to enjoy the serene loch views and perhaps even spot our resident ducks.

The Caf also provides free parking for patrons and is located conveniently for starting or ending your walk in the area.
