Among the highlights at Pinetree are the diverse group fitness classes catering to all interests and fitness levels. One notable class is BODYPUMP, the original barbell workout, led by seasoned Les Mills instructors. This 45-minute session uses light to moderate weights and high reps to work your entire body, helping you burn up to 540 calories.

Chris and the team also offer a variety of other classes, such as Spinning, Legs Bums & Tums, Yoga, Pilates, Battle Box, and Functional HIIT. The 2024 Group Fitness Timetable, starting on January 8th, ensures there’s always a class that fits your schedule and goals.

Beyond the classes, Pinetree boasts several facilities and services to round out your fitness journey. After a workout, relax in the spa area featuring a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Onsite parking is free for members’ convenience.
