Gye, the head coach of Pineapple Gains, has a background in sports and a passion for resistance training and nutrition. Coming from an athlete family, he has been involved in various sports from a young age. At the age of 11, he began boxing and went on to compete internationally, representing his country and later Coventry University. In 2014, he discovered his passion for weight training and nutrition when he needed to gain weight for a fight.
This led him to compete in the Men's Physique category and receive mentorship from some of the best coaches in the fitness industry.
