“Pilatez Et Pilotez” is a Pilates studio located in Saint-Lambert, offering a holistic approach to health and well-being. Founded by Kasia Frejlich-Morisseau, a Pilates instructor with 18 years of experience and a life coach since 2017, the studio aims to help individuals improve their flexibility, strength, and body control through Pilates. Originally from Poland, Kasia has a passion for her work which led her to open the studio in April 2022 after living in France for 11 years and relocating to Montreal in March 2019.
At “Pilatez Et Pilotez”, clients have the opportunity to take individual Pilates classes in Longueuil, providing a personalized and efficient training experience using authentic Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Mat, Chairs, PediPull, Barrels, Toe Stretcher, Foot Corrector, and more. Additionally, the studio offers a unique program titled “Les principes clefs du Pilates en 24 jours”, a 365-minute Pilates practice over 24 days designed to invest in one's well-being and achieve fitness goals.
For those who prefer practising Pilates from the comfort of their homes, the studio also conducts group Pilates classes via Zoom, allowing participants to receive live encouragement and corrections for a more fulfilling workout experience. In addition, there is a 58-minute Pilates class with a magic circle video available for clients to integrate this equipment into their training routine easily.
