Are you the owner of Pilates & Yoga with Adam Murby?

In my classes, you can expect a balanced and varied approach, with a focus on core strength, flexibility, and postural alignment. I incorporate a combination of classical Pilates exercises and modern variations, along with elements of yoga and other body-work modalities. Each class is designed to challenge and progress students at their own pace, ensuring that everyone can work at a level that is appropriate for them.
I am passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcome and comfortable. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced practitioner, I strive to provide clear and detailed instructions, as well as modifications and adaptations, to cater to different levels of ability. I encourage students to listen to their bodies, make modifications as needed, and work within their own limits to prevent injury and promote a safe and effective practise.
My teaching style is characterised by a focus on precision and control, with an emphasis on mindful movement and breath awareness. I believe that Pilates is not just a physical practise, but also a mental and emotional one, and I aim to create a space where students can connect with their bodies, release stress, and find a sense of balance and calm.
I am committed to continually deepening my knowledge and skills as a teacher, and regularly attend workshops, courses, and conferences to stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of Pilates and movement. Furthermore, I am dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and ongoing support to my students, and I am always open to feedback and questions to ensure that their needs and goals are addressed.
