I trained with both Modern Pilates and Body Control Pilates, two reputable and internationally recognised Pilates training programmes. Through these courses, I gained in-depth knowledge of the Pilates method, including the principles and techniques essential for a safe and effective practise.
As a teacher, my goal is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for my clients. I believe in tailoring my classes to meet the specific needs of each individual, whether they are a beginner or advanced practitioner. I am passionate about helping my clients improve their overall health and wellbeing through the practise of Pilates.
In addition to offering matwork Pilates, I am also experienced in teaching equipment Pilates. At my studio, The Pilates Foundry, located in South Warnborough, I provide classes using a range of equipment such as the Reformer and other Pilates apparatus. These classes offer a unique and challenging workout that can further enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
For those who prefer a more personalised experience, I offer private Pilates classes at home, local clubs, or workplaces. These one-on-one sessions allow me to create customised Pilates programmes tailored to specific needs and goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking to improve your technique, or simply want to enjoy Pilates with a group of friends, I am here to support you on your Pilates journey.
To make Pilates accessible to everyone, I also offer online classes through Zoom, allowing clients to participate in Pilates sessions from the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, I have an On Demand library of exercise routines and a special back care course that can be accessed at any time for a small monthly fee.
