Pilates with Rubina

Rubina welcomes all sports players to join her at Pilates with Rubina, located in the serene suburb of Balerno in Edinburgh. Her studio offers live online Pilates classes via Zoom and corporate sessions via Teams. Rubina’s sessions cater to all fitness levels, focusing on strengthening your core, improving mobility and flexibility, and easing any pain or discomfort.

Classes are available at £8.50 each, booked in 4 or 5-week blocks, with the option to join mid-block. Trigger Point Pilates sessions are priced at £10, and personalised one-on-one classes are available at £50.

Safety is a priority, so a health history form (Par Q) must be completed before participation. Inform Rubina of any health changes as classes missed are non-refundable, but you can attend other classes as make-ups.

Rubina, with nearly 25 years of practising and almost 3 years of teaching Pilates, brings her personal and professional experiences into every class. After overcoming her own back and shoulder pain through Pilates, she retrained to help others benefit from this holistic practice. Her credentials include certifications as an Active IQ Level 3 Pilates Instructor, a specialist in supporting pre and postnatal clients, and qualifications in Trigger Point Pilates and iMove Freely.
