It was during her rehabilitation journey that she discovered and experienced the incredible benefits of Pilates. This personal experience led her to fully embrace the Pilates method and become a qualified teacher.
Dorita holds various certifications and qualifications including Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in instructing Pilates Mat-work, Active IQ Level 3 Award in designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes, and Body Control Pilates qualified in instructing Pilates Reformer. She has also obtained certifications in Endurolates, Pilates for Children, Pilates for Scoliosis, Pilates for Older People, Pilates for Mental Health, and Pilates with all Small Equipment from BCP and Pilates Foundation. Additionally, she has completed Stanford University certifications in Food and Health and Nutrition Science.
