Under the expert guidance of Cherese, a fully certified matwork and rehabilitation equipment instructor, you will experience the transformative power of Pilates. Cherese brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to each class. With her foundation in breath, coordination, strength, stretch, and joint mobility, she aims to help you achieve correct muscular recruitment and optimal joint mobility throughout your body. Her dynamic, fluid-based classes are both enjoyable and effective, helping correct posture and alignment.

At Pilates with Cherese, you have the option of group classes, private/semi-private sessions, and even corporate classes. Currently, all classes are available online, with a limited number of in-person private sessions. Typically, Cherese teaches in the South West of London, offering a convenient location for those in the area.
