PilatesTree Studio is a prominent Pilates studio located in the vibrant neighbourhoods of Kentish Town and Camden in North-West London. The studio offers a bright and spacious premises that have recently undergone changes to prioritise the safety and comfort of clients. With two large spaces, the studio ensures that clients can maintain social distancing while enjoying their Pilates sessions.
The studio is equipped with specialised Pilates apparatus for both Equipment Classes and private Pilates sessions. The Equipment Pilates classes are suitable for various purposes, including general health and fitness, injury prevention, rehabilitation, improving sports performance, and correcting posture and faulty movement patterns.
In addition to Equipment Pilates classes, the studio also offers Pilates matwork classes. There are two on-site classes available, accommodating a maximum of 8 people per class, and one online class on Mondays at 1pm with an unlimited number of attendees. Joining the matwork classes does not require an induction.
To join the studio's classes, clients can create an account on the PilatesTree website and book their matwork classes online. For those interested in trying the studio for free, PilatesTree provides access to their YouTube account where clients can find Pilates tutorials and demonstrations.
To attend Equipment Pilates classes or private sessions, clients are required to set up an online account, purchase an induction pass, and email the studio to arrange their first private session. Allison Swan is one of the founding members of Pilates Foundation UK and serves as a Pilates Teacher, Matwork Teacher Trainer, and Examiner. Additionally, the studio also has Melina Kossoff and Patricia Farrant-Clark as experienced Pilates Teachers.
