Beginners Classes are held at Devana Parish Church on Fonthill Road, Aberdeen on Mondays from 9:30AM-10:30AM. These classes are perfect for those new to Pilates and focus on building a strong foundation and learning the basic principles of Pilates.
Mixed Ability Classes are also held at Devana Parish Church on Mondays from 10:45AM-11:45AM. These classes are suitable for both beginners and those with some Pilates experience. Caroline tailors the exercises to the individual needs and abilities of the participants, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their workout.
For those concerned about bone health, Pilates Together offers Bone Health Classes at Culter Heritage Hall on Thursdays from 10:45AM-11:45AM. These classes focus on medically approved exercises to improve bone density and are suitable for anyone, even those without osteopenia or osteoporosis.
Prenatal Pilates classes are available at Fountainhall Church on Albyn Place, Aberdeen, and online on Tuesdays from 7:00PM-8:00PM. These classes are suitable for expectant mothers at beginner level and focus on good posture, ease of movement, breathwork, and core training.
Caroline's approach to Pilates is centred around technique and posture. She pays special attention to helping her clients understand and execute the exercises correctly, ensuring maximum benefit and safety. Clients often report feeling stronger, taller, and leaner after a session with Caroline, as well as experiencing relief from physical tension and mental stress.
All classes are taught on the mat with the option to incorporate small equipment like resistance bands, small balls, hand weights, and the magic circle. These tools add a new challenge to familiar exercises or provide assistance as needed.
Caroline is also qualified in Bone Health (osteoporosis and osteopenia) and pre- and postnatal Pilates. She regularly participates in teacher training courses to further her education and stay up to date with the latest Pilates techniques and practises.
Caroline's journey with Pilates began in 2013 when she was searching for a way to alleviate tension and achiness in her body due to a chronic condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis. She experienced firsthand the transformative power of Pilates and is passionate about sharing it with others.
Whether you're a Pilates enthusiast, a beginner, or simply curious about Pilates, Pilates Together welcomes you to join their classes. Contact Caroline today to book your spot and start your Pilates journey towards a stronger, more balanced, and healthier body.
