Anna’s not just any instructor; she’s also a menopause coach. Going through peri-menopause herself, she knows the struggles first-hand. She’s created a free Facebook group called “Feel Free” where she shares health tips to help women navigate the changes. Plus, she’s got a full menopause course going live online from the new year.
